1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Teddy’s Village Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 15716410.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Entry is limited to one per child.
  • Employees of Teddy’s Village Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must submit their name, email address, and their child’s date of birth via the official giveaway form available on our website, social media channels or via this link https://tally.so/r/3q1gq7
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Entries must be received by 1st October.

4. Prize

  • One winner will receive a free birthday party bronze package at Teddy’s Village Plymouth, for up to a total number of 20 people.
  • The party must be booked and held within 6 months of the winner being contacted.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
  • The winner will be contacted via the email provided within 7 days of the competition closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Collection and Marketing Consent
